GSE delivers a 120,000 m² multi-user logistics platform

In Alsace, between Mulhouse and Colmar, GSE handed over to German investor Engler a 120,000 m² logistics platform, part of which will house the new distribution centre of Delticom AG, the leading European online tyre retailer.

The complex includes two logistics buildings. One, covering 61,000 m², will be dedicated to Delticom AG’s storage and dispatch of tyres and parts for trucks and cars. The other is designed as a 59,000 m² multi-user warehouse.

Very advantageously situated near the German and Swissborders, the new logistics site is located in the Plaine d’Alsace business park of the Ensisheim-Réguisheim industrial estate, on the outskirts of Mulhouse.

The entire building was designed to be environmentally friendly and energy efficient. GSE is aiming for a BREEAM GOOD rating for the entire project, based on the most widely used certification system for sustainable construction, the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM).
